NFL Week 4 Preview: TNF, Predictions and Bets

In week 3 we seen 70 points, walk off field goals, 4th quarter come backs, and overtime wins. Week 3 had it all! Moving on to week 4, there are plenty of big-time match ups. TNF Lions vs Packers, Sunday at Wembley, the Falcons vs Jaguars, at 1 o'clock Dolphins vs the Bills, Ravens vs the Browns, and SNF. Let’s dive in:

Thursday Night Football: Lion vs Packers – The 2-1 Lions take on the 2-1 Jordan Love led Packers. Jarod Goff is off to a hot start with 819 yards, 5TDs and 2INTs. Love off to an equally impressive start to his with 655 yards, 7TDs and 1INTs. The key to this game is who can get to the QB.

Prediction: Lion 27 Packers 24

Battle Across the Pond: Falcons vs Jaguars – The 2-1 Falcons take on the 1-2 Jaguars. If I told you the Atlanta Falcons would be 2-1 after 3 weeks and the Jaguars were 1-2 before the season started you probably would after laughed at me. The young Falcons are holding their own behind the solid play of Rookie running back Bijan Robinson. But I think the Jaguars will get back on track with a win at Wembly.

Prediction: Jaguars 20 Falcons 17

Sunday Slate: Dolphins vs Bills - 3-0 Dolphins face off against the 2-1 Bills. The Dolphins high flying offense take on the scrappy Bills lead by Josh Allen. I don’t think this is going to be an extremely high scoring game, I see both teams moving the ball a lot be neither defense breaking. The Dolphins stayed undefeated on the back of a handful of big plays made by Tyreek Hill and De’Von Achan.

Prediction: Dolphins 34 Bills 28

BATTLE FOR THE NORTH: Raven vs Browns – The 2-1 Ravens face the 2-1 Brown in a battle of the North. Lamar Jackson has been playing at an MVP level so far this season. Throwing for 608 yards and 2TDs while also leading his team in Rushing yards (143) and Rushing TDs (2). The Browns' tough defense look to put a stop to action Jackson this week and hope their struggling offense can lend them a hand to get the win. I think Desaun Watson fines his grove and leads a late 4th quarter drive for the go-ahead Touchdown.

Prediction: Browns 24 Ravens 17

Sunday Night Football: Chiefs vs Jets – The 2-1 Chiefs take on the struggling 1-2 Jets. At the beginning of the season this was a much more exciting matchup to think about with the prospect of watching Patrick Mahomes square off against Aaron Rogers. Unfraternally Aaron Rogers only took 4 snaps for the Jets before going down with season ending ankle injury. I don’t see this game being to close.

Prediction: Chiefs 35 Jets 10

LOCK of the Week – 4 leg parlay:

  • Miami ML

  • PIT/HOU Under 41.5

  • Browns –2.5

  • Chiefs –9.5

  • Odds - +1424 so $10 wins $142, $100 wins $1,424, and $1000 wins $14,240
